I declare that I have read the regulations of the Bydgoszcz City Card and accept its content. Municipal Roads and Public Transport Authority, ul. Toruńska 174a, 85-844 Bydgoszcz, as the personal data administrator, informs that the provided personal data will be processed for the purpose of issuing the Bydgoszcz City Card, coding tickets and keeping their records. The obligation to provide personal data results from the Transport Law Act of November 15, 1984. At the same time, ZDMiKP in Bydgoszcz informs about the right to access personal data relating to the data subject, rectify, delete, transfer or limit processing, as well as the right to object to the processing. In addition, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
